AWT June 8 Forum
Internet of Things
The world of connected devices is expanding before our eyes. Cisco is predicting 40 billion devices will be in the market by 2020. And as these new, innovative products come to market, smart services will enable them. Medical device manufacturers and healthcare organizations, as well as major automotive and entertainment/lifestyle brands like Tesla and Disney, are already jumping to the forefront with IoT apps that help us live, work, and play better. But what about the rest of us, especially those of us at companies without massive R&D funding? How will we provide the tools and technology that will allow us to compete and thrive in this new age of the connected consumer?
Join us on June 8 when AWT Board C0-chair Carmella Cassetta of Hoag Hospital will be joined by our guests Patti Robb, Head of Strategic IP & Advance Platforms for Intel, and Terry Ribb, Director of Brand Innovation at Relevens Consulting, for a discussion of what IoT areas you should start thinking about, the steps you can take, and why it’s important to start planning and developing now.
Our summer forum is always well attended so you’ll have plenty of networking opportunity in addition to the informative take-aways from our panel. Don’t miss it! Mark your calendar and RSVP today.
